Store Pickup & Return Policy
This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales. How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 14 days of pickup. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at our store location.
To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team at our store location.
You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However we would love to get more feedback on the reason of your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
We cover easy and free returns for all domestic orders.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the 14-day window aforementioned, we will refund you to the original form of payment.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.

About Store Pickup
Store Pickup allows you to place your order online and pick it up at our store!
Items that are ready within 24 hours will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready For Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup.
Items that are ready within 4-6 days will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready For Pickup email.
Your payment will be authorized when you create your order.
You'll receive an email once the order is ready for pickup. You can pick them up immediately after they are ready, or you can wait until the rest of your order is ready and come to pick them up all at once - it's up to you.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email with you to pick up your items. You can have someone else pick up your order, but make sure they have your order confirmation email.
